We review applications at our sole discretion and may approve, decline, or request more information for any reason. We are not obligated to feature any applicant.

If your application is approved, we will contact you to arrange a feature.

You grant The Green Currency and Trifid Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, adapt, reproduce, and publish the materials and information you submit — including your name, likeness, and story — for the purpose of creating, publishing, and promoting a feature across our website, Instagram page, and related channels.

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

All content on this site that is not submitted by users — including the name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is owned by The Green Currency and Trifid Media and may not be copied or used without permission.

We provide the site and services on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee any particular results, reach, engagement, or outcome from a feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Green Currency and Trifid Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Green Currency and Trifid Media from any claims or liabilities arising from the materials you submit or your breach of these terms.
